Shipping policy

We deliver worldwide, however, some brands can only be shipped to selected countries. The shipping availability is mentioned on every product page. 

Our shipping cost is calculated at checkout according to the number of brands you choose. If you purchase items from more than one brand, then you will receive more than one parcel from different sources/countries and that will raise the shipping cost. The lowest shipping cost is when you buy all your items from the same brand.

N.B. Please make sure to provide your complete and correct name and shipping address.  If you fail to do so and your parcel is returned to us, we will reserve the right to deduct a return shipping fee from your refund. Read our Refund policy.


In order to reduce the amount of product transportation in the supply chain (manufacturers/Suppliers to Distributors to Wholesalers to Retailers to Consumers), items purchased in our online store are shipped directly from the manufacturers to the final consumers.


We do our best to deliver orders as quickly as possible. We always mention the delivery time on each product page. Note that customized, bespoke or embroidered items take longer time to be delivered.


Products to be delivered to recipients (Private or Business) outside EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international delivery may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a delivery reaches the recipient’s country. All additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Cookniche has no control over these charges, nor can Cookniche predict what they may be.
