RESPONSE TIME

MISSING EMAILS
If you haven't received your order confirmation or any other notifications, please check your spam folder and mark our messages as "not spam." In some cases, customers do not receive our notifications because of a mistyped email address or phone number at checkout. DELIVERY TRACKING NUMBER
For the latest updates on your order delivery, please use the tracking link that we sent you. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a notification with the tracking number and link. Please note that there may be delays in sending this number, particularly if an item is temporarily out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you promptly.

EMBROIDERY
Orders with embroidery require additional processing time, up to 8 additional business days.
