Shipping policy

We offer worldwide delivery; however, please note that some brands are only available for shipment to select countries. To view the products available in your region, simply choose your country and currency from the drop-down menu located in the navigation bar or at the bottom of this page.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the number of items and brands in your order. To minimize the environmental impact of transportation, all products purchased from our store are shipped directly from the manufacturers to the end consumer, bypassing the traditional distribution chain (manufacturers/suppliers → distributors → wholesalers → retailers). As a result, if you purchase items from multiple brands, you will receive separate parcels from different sources or countries, which may increase the overall shipping cost. The most cost-effective option is to order all items from a single brand.

Delivery Time
We strive to fulfill orders as promptly as possible. Estimated delivery times are provided on each product page. Please note that customized, bespoke, or embroidered items may require additional processing time.

Important Note: Please ensure that your shipping information, including your full name and correct address, is provided accurately. If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping fees from your refund.

CUSTOMS DUTIES

Effective from 16th March 2024

1. EU - European Union
   Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
   
   No customs fees upon delivery!
   As there is free trade within the EU, all parcels are sent to EU countries directly from the manufacturers based in the EU. Therefore, no additional customs fees or import taxes are charged upon delivery. VAT is already included in the price. For EU businesses, VAT will be deducted only if the VAT registration number has been validated by our sales department. Read more!
   
   
2. Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Japan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, UAE, UK, & USA
   No customs fees upon delivery!
   Recipients in these countries will not incur import taxes or customs duties upon delivery. Any additional charges for customs clearance, if applicable, will be covered by Cookniche. If you live in one of these countries and receive a payment order from the shipping company, please forward it to us (store@cookniche.com), and we will take care of the payment.
   
   
3. Other Countries
   For international deliveries to countries not listed above, products may be subject to import taxes, VAT, and customs duties as imposed by the destination country. The recipient will be responsible for any such charges, which will be levied once the delivery reaches the destination. Cookniche has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amounts.
