Cancel Contract / Withdrawal

The information on this page applies only to private consumers in the European Union (EU). It does not apply to businesses in the EU.

Under EU law, private consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period (right of withdrawal) for most online purchases. This means you may cancel your purchase and return eligible items for a full refund without giving any reason. The 14-day period begins on the day you receive your order.

To cancel your order, follow these steps:

1. Visit account.cookniche.com.
2. To help us identify your order(s), enter the email address used for your purchase in the Email field and click Continue.
3. Check your inbox for an email from our store containing a six-digit verification code. Copy the code.
   
4. Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
   
5. Select the order for which you wish to cancel. If your order contains multiple items, choose the specific items you wish to cancel.
   
6. Select a reason and, if desired, include a note for our store.
   
7. Click Request Return.

Return Shipping: In accordance with our Refund Policy, which is made available before you complete your purchase, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) when exercising your right of withdrawal.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will cancel your order and process your refund. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your items for the refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once your return has been refunded. Please note that refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card provider.
